That time of the month to see how my net worth is going.
Home equity is now on the map! Currently just tracking the home equity against the purchase price. So glad for now net worth is still trending upwards. With this new addition I will have to re-evaluate some of my expenses and how I tackle my goals going forward. One thing is clear though my investments are tiny. For someone trying to get to FI let alone RE things need to change.
Super is still my largest single holding. I’d like to see my investments hold that title! In the coming months I will take a look at my current holdings and try to simplify things as much as possible.
